Each year when the first rays of sunshine fill the garden with light and the air starts to smell like spring, I can not wait to bring some extra color into the house. During wintertime I often have wonderful bouquets on the table but spring is shouting for live plants.
My favorites during this time of year are muscari's and crocuses. They have vibrant colors, stay long and effortlessly chic. Together with some moss from the garden and some ordinary decorations that you have lying around, you can create something spectacular. Even an old fish tank can have a purpose here.
